Columbarium & Cemetery

Answering the needs of SSPP and the community

Fifteen years ago, the men and women of Saints Peter & Paul Parish came together to build one of the most beautiful churches on the Eastern Shore. These dedicated and generous founding members envisioned a columbarium and cemetery on Parish grounds that would match the beauty of their beloved Church. That vision is shared by many parishioners who have expressed to me the desire to have their remains, and those of their loved ones, laid to rest at their spiritual home.

I am beyond thrilled that this highly anticipated project will be a reality in 2021.

While a great portion of this memorial garden will be completed by the end of 2021, it will continue to expand over time. The level of advance sales and memorial gifts will dictate the speed of realizing its fullest and most beautiful potential.

The SSPP columbarium and cemetery, unique and stunning, is designed to be a place of peace, with benches shaded by pergolas or small trees, a water feature that provides calming sounds, and a Pavilion that allows people to gather for final prayers prior to inurnment or burial of their loved ones or simply sit quietly in contemplation.

We are truly blessed to be able to offer such a beautiful place for peaceful prayer and reflection while you visit the final resting place of your loved ones.
Yours in Christ,
